These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website available at laforge.work(the “Site”), operated by La Forge (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Dover, Delaware, USA.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Apps published on the Atlassian Marketplace. The applications we publish on the Atlassian Marketplace (including Multiple Assignees, Merge Assistant, and any future apps) are governed by their own End-User Licence Agreement and by the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use. These Terms cover only the Site.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (16 or 18 depending on the country) to use the Site. By creating an account or submitting the contact form, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Some features of the Site (the member area) require an account, created through Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

• the security of your Google account credentials,
• the activities that occur through your account,
• promptly notifying us of any unauthorised access or other security breach.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

When you use the Site, you agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, our servers, or other users' accounts;
• copy, scrape, or harvest content from the Site by automated means without our prior written consent;
• disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site's operation (including any form of denial-of-service attempt);
• introduce malware, viruses, or any other harmful code;
• use the Site to violate any applicable law or third-party right;
• impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

The Site, its design, the “La Forge” name and logo, the textual content, the illustrations, and the source code are owned by La Forge or its licensors, and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use the Site for its intended personal or business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Site or its content without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by applicable law (such as the right to quote brief excerpts with attribution).

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including the Atlassian Marketplace listings for our apps. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of third-party sites. Your use of those sites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

Each application we publish on the Atlassian Marketplace is provided under its own licence terms and the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use those apps; access to and use of the apps is governed solely by their respective agreements.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory — including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall La Forge, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of the Site shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless La Forge from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or in order to protect the integrity of the Site. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and La Forge agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be brought to your attention on the Site. By continuing to use the Site after a change takes effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
